Energy and Environmental Research Institute of Heilongjiang Province is an undertaking of commonweal fundamental research directly under the government of Heilongjiang province. We are doing the technical research on petrochemical additives, lighten heavyweight fuel oil, integrated technology of desulfurization and denitrification from fuel coal and oil disposal of wastewater and so on energy and environmental protection field. Our institute assumed and accomplished the key technical problems' tackling plan of China's ninth and tenth “five years plan”, the first group of special energetic technical project on developing China's original industrial base, intergovernmental technical cooperation project, key problems' tackling project of the Ministry of Petroleum and Heilongjiang province. We have won the first grade of technology invention prize in 2003, the first grade of technical development prize in 2004, the third grade of technical development prize of Heilongjiang province in 2002 and several invention patents of the country.
