Function of International cooperation office: 　　
　　　1.Implement the Party and State line and policy, and provide the insurance of foreign affaires safety and secrecy coordinated with other related offices.
　　　2.According to the technical developing plan of our institute, work out and carry on the developing plan of international cooperation and draw up some related rules and regulations.
　　　3.Be responsible for communicating with foreign technical research institute. Develop the cooperation and communicating with international related enterprises.
　　　4.In charge of the reception, arrangement and translation for foreign affaires.
　　　5.Make the visit and investigation plan for the president and technical personnel. Prepare and fulfill some related work.
