Function of energetic research office: 　　
　 　 Energetic research office is one of the main research offices of our institute. It owns great technical research ability. In this office, we are doing science and technology researches in energy field. Meanwhile we also research the technology of saving fuel, coal and purifying method of fuel coal and oil. The key work is to research substitutive energy, technical developing and industrialization on the technology of lighten heavyweight fuel oil, distilling lightweight fuel oil from bitumen, mixture of oil, water and coal and methanol gasoline.
　 　 Energetic research office assumed and accomplished key technical problems' tackling plan of Heilongjiang province and technology of lighten heavyweight fuel oil to replace diesel oil. It has won the first grade of technology invention prize of Heilongjiang province. We accomplished the researching and industrialization of the key problem's tackling project of the state—distilling lightweight fuel oil from Orimulsion, heavyweight fuel oil and bitumen technology, automobile methanol gasoline and intergovernmental technical cooperation project. These achievements have made notable contributions to save resource and research reproduction energy in China's petroleum integrated utilization field.
