Function of testing base: 　　
　 　 Testing base is an important technical base where we are doing our technical research, popularizing and industrializing our technical achievements. It owns oil research lab, chemical lab, kinetics lab, petrol engine testing bench, diesel engine testing bench, fuel gas engine testing bench, integrated boiler combusting testing bench and so on.
　 　 Technical personnel carry on the entire semi-work test, which is needed by our institute, in this testing base. They provide all kinds of agent that are used in technical problems' tackling, such as thinner, desulfurization agent, denitrifier, depressant, anti-corrosion agent, water disposal agent and so on. Testing base assumes the semi-work tests in technical problems' tackling plan and the industrialized popularizing tests.
