Our institute assumed the key technical problems' tackling plan of China's ninth “five years plan” — the industrial experiment of chemical desulfurization technology(NO.96-A19-02-05). Under the concerning and supporting of the committee vice-head Zou Jiahua and the director of State Environmental Protection Administration Xie Zhenhua, we have accomplished the industrial experiment and performance assessment.

　　State Environmental Protection Department has made the monitoring in the power plant to the industrial desulfurization experiment. Its result is remarkable. It has passed the national test of exports organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology with full mark, and has won the third grade of technical development prize of Heilongjiang province.
