XS-A Oily Rock Extracting Lightweight Fuel Oil Technology
¡¡¡¡The XS-A oily rock extracting lightweight fuel oil technology is a research of our institute its own. This kind of technology bases on the technology of lighten heavyweight fuel oil to replace diesel oil, which has own the first grade of technical invention prize of Heilongjiang province in the year of 2003.
¡¡¡¡ ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

¡¡¡¡Characteristic of XS-A oily rock extracting lightweight fuel oil technology:
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡1.Distilling the XS-A lightweight fuel oil from the oily rock is a kind of breakthrough during the history of the petroleum refinement. This kind of rock is very hard. It could be only used as building materials by now.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2.It's a new technology of distilling the XS-A lightweight fuel oil using traditional distillation method under non-high pressure distillation condition without adding hydrogen.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡3.The producing technology of XS-A lightweight fuel oil is simple £¬ safe £¬ with low investment £¬ stable output and reliable quality.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡4.The combustible gas, which is produced during the process of the distillation, could be reused.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡5.The residue, which is produced during the process of the distillation, could be used as coke.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡6.This technology is the real "waste nothing" during the refinement of the oily rock. It has led a new way to save the resource of petroleum and applicants the resource competitively.

¡¡¡¡Specifications of XS-A lightweight fuel oil, which is extracted from oily rock:

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Kinematic Viscosity 20¡æ mm 2 /s 4

¡¡¡¡This kind of technology is adding XS-A series of liquid catalyst into oily rock. The ratio is 97 to 3 (weight). That is the oily rock is 97% and the XS-A liquid catalyst is 3%. The process is like this:
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡1.Fully mixed with the liquid catalyst, the oily rock could be distilled.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2.Even mix the oily rock and the catalyst and put the mixture into the distillation facility. Then we could distill the mixture under non-high pressure condition without adding hydrogen. Its process is like this:

¡¡ ¡¡¡¡¡¡3.The controlling of the heating temperature: the heating temperature is from room temperature to 480 ¡æ . The heating will last for 3 hours.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡4.Initial boiling point: 200 ¡æ .
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡5.The dehydrated gas collection temperature: 410 ¡æ .
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡6.Oil extracted ratio: 25%-30%.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡7.Residue extracted ratio: 55%-59%.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡8. Dehydrated gas ratio: 15%-16%.
