Key Technical Problems’ Tackling Plan of Heilongjiang Province——Sino-Canada Technical Research on Oil Sands Refinement

  The refining technology broke the traditional catalytic cracking method, which condition is high pressure and adding hydrogen. It adopts the new distilling method of non-high pressure and non-hydrogen. The catalyst could be added into the oil sands directivity. Then put the mixture into the distilling unit. The distilling temperature is from atmospheric temperature to 480℃. At last we could get the light-weight fuel oil within about 3 hours. This kind of light-weight fuel oil could be used as 0# diesel oil.

  Its key technology is the liquid catalyst.

  What is New

  The liquid catalyst could break the macromolecular chain of heavy-weight fuel oil in the oil sand. And recombine it between 12 and 20. At the same time, the decolourization, penetration and stabilization process could be carried on. The physical and chemical specifications of the final product—light-weight fuel oil is stable when being long-term stored.
