Firstly extracted blend lard directly reformed bio-diesel oil and catalytic combustion technology is researched by Energy and Environmental Research Institute of Heilongjiang Province independently and our institute owns the intellectual property right. Nowadays, bio-diesel oil is seen as the substitutive fuel of petrochemical diesel by the world. It is a new kind of environmental protecting reproducible energy.
To avoid the stranding of petrol in the world, our institute is researching bio-diesel oil technology actively. After several years of research and test, we have set up a technical theory of oil reforming and catalytic combustion. Then we got a set of feasible producing process and method. We researched the directly compose method and catalytic combustion theory. The key of this technology is the high performance catalyst. It is composed by thinning component, anti-corruption component, energy releasing component, unique catalytic combustion component and so on. It is the key additive of the directly reforming.
Firstly extracted blend lard directly reformed B30 bio-diesel oil is composed by firstly extracted blend lard, catalyst and diesel oil. The mixing ratio is 30% of firstly extracted blend lard, 3% of catalyst and 67% of diesel oil. The bio-diesel oil is a new kind of environmental protecting fuel oil, which could be used to substitute diesel oil completely.

Firstly Extracted Blend Lard

Catalyst Bio-diesel
This kind of bio-diesel oil has finished the long-term running test. The bio-diesel oil could be used to substitute diesel oil.
The engine hasn’t been changed when using B40 bio-diesel oil. On low temperature condition, the engine started normally. There is no flameout and deflagration during the running term. The engine runs stably under idle, medium and high speed. The plunger of the high-pressure oil pump hasn’t been locked. The bean hasn’t been blocked neither. The engine runs stably and safely.
The combustion is complete when using firstly extracted blend lard bio-diesel oil. When we disconnect the engine after long-term running, the lay downed carbon residue on the top of stopcock, combust room, intake port and blast gate is less than the carbon residue of using petrochemical diesel oil. The exhausting pipe didn’t exhaust dark flue on the condition of heavy load and speeding up.
Because of adopting catalytic combustion technology, the energy consumption of using blend lard bio-diesel oil is about 2.5%~3% lower than using petrochemical diesel oil on the same condition.
Its integrated capability is excelled diesel oil. It can be used on all kinds of vehicles on high, medium and low speed condition to substitute diesel oil.

The carbon residue in the fume exhauster (silencer) is less than using petrochemical diesel oil.

The carbon residue on the cylinder lid (with air-lock) is less than using petrochemical diesel oil.

The carbon residue on the intake port and blast gate is less than using petrochemical diesel oil.

The carbon residue on the cylinder lid (without air-lock) is less than using petrochemical diesel oil.

Economic Benefits
This kind of technology adopts directly method to reform firstly extracted blend lard. So the producing process is different from the esterifying reaction. We needn’t add big amount of alcohol and acid liquor. We needn't add sodium carbonate for the neutralization. There is no waste glycerin and waste water produced. The producing process is simple and the cost is extremely low. The economic benefits are obvious.
The bio-diesel oil has the governmental policy allowance in the selling channel. It means some more benefits for the enterprises. It could also save plenty of diesel oil for the country. Its social and economic benefits are obvious. |
