Nowadays, the traditional method of extracting gas, coal, diesel from orimulsion or extra heavy bitumen is under the condition of high temperature and high-pressure adding hydrogen. If we add 3%-5% of the liquid catalyst, the technology which is researched by our institute, could extract lightweight fuel oil from orimulsion, extra heavy bitumen and oil field extra heavy crude oil under the condition of non-high pressure and non-hydrogen from atmospheric temperature to 450 ℃ . This kind of lightweight fuel oil could replace 0 # diesel oil. It is a kind of high technology contented research process. It is a great breakthrough of the international crude oil refining technology.
